VMkernel warnings and serious system alerts	/var/log/vmkwarning
VMkernel messages	/var/log/vmkernel
Service console messages	/var/log/messages

You should periodically check the VMkernel warning and alert messages for out-of-memory errors,

hardware failures, and so on.

For ongoing messages use tail -f  Logfilename
